Rado-Tech can offer solutions where the Machine Operator can manually jog to required positions and “teach” the machine. Alternatively, we can offer solutions where precise positions may be entered in engineering units, in some cases down to micron level.
As an example, Rado-Tech has completed projects which have enabled the user to program a high speed line on the ‘fly’ reducing overall tact time of production and reducing a considerable amount of product handling. This in turn has increased product throughput, improved overall quality and inevitably reduced manufacturing costs.
